We are a group of passionate changemakers who believe that every act of support can uplift a child and shape a brighter, more promising future. Together, we can make a lasting impact, one child at a time.

At the heart of the ING Leaders Foundation is a commitment to transforming lives through education and holistic development. We believe that every child, regardless of their socioeconomic background, deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our initiatives are designed to bridge the gap in educational resources, enhance life skills, and foster a spirit of self-confidence and ambition among the youth we serve. We are driven by a passionate team of educators, professionals, and community leaders who are committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of young individuals. What began as a passion project and hobby in 2021 has since evolved significantly due to growing demand and the potential for a broader impact. The Foundation was officially incorporated in 2024.

At the ING Leaders Foundation, our vision is to become a transformative, action-driven force that empowers underprivileged Primary and Secondary School students throughout Ghana and across Africa. We aim to create a robust, multi-faceted support network that facilitates their academic, social, and early career development, setting the stage for their success and growth.
